At Gulyarn, we take pride in creating beautiful, handmade crochet flowers that are designed to bring joy and last forever. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing:
- We begin working on your order as soon as we receive your payment.
- You have a window of three hours after payment to cancel your order for a full refund. After this period, we start crafting your handmade flowers, and cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
- You can request a 100% refund if the request is made within three hours of payment.
- Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, refunds are not available after the initial three-hour window.
- We guarantee the quality of our flowers. However, we do not offer refunds if the delivery box is damaged during transit. We ensure our packaging is secure, but external handling is beyond our control.
